3. About AI Analysis

The Service uses AI technology to analyze candidates' audio, video, responses, and other interview data to generate evaluations and scores.

These analysis results are provided to applicant companies and used for the purpose of supporting recruitment and selection.

The Company will not provide personal information to third parties except in the following cases.

• When the individual has given consent

• When providing it to a subcontractor to the extent necessary to operate the Service
• When providing interview data, responses, AI evaluation results, and similar information to the company a candidate applied to, for the purpose of recruitment and selection

11. Handling of Information Obtained via Google APIs

The Service uses the Google Forms API (forms.body scope) so that a company representative, after authenticating with their Google account, can create and configure a Google Form for job applications.

• Information obtained through Google APIs is used solely to create forms and configure the candidate-identifier field.
• We do not retrieve Google Forms response data.
• We do not use user data obtained from Google APIs to train AI models, nor do we transmit or share it with OpenAI or any other third-party AI service.

The use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy (https://developers.google.com/terms/api-services-user-data-policy), including the Limited Use requirements.
